This benchtop impulse bag heat sealer will seal polypropylene bags including
Snappy Bags up to 300mm in width. It also comes with an automatic timer which can be set from 0.2 to 1.5 seconds.
We recommend that a
spares kit is purchased with every sealer.
Impulse Heat Sealer Guidance
The sealer comes with a full guidance sheet, but some highlights include:
- On receipt calibrate your heat sealer
- Using the machine at high timer values results in a shorter lifespan for consumables
- Change the teflon and sire by releasing all teh screws, remove top and bottom tapes, remove wire then replace
- Re-calibrate your machine after changing the teflon strips and wires
- Keep the sealing platform clean to extend the life of your consumables
- Never use moisture to clean the sealing surface
- Replace torn Teflon at once as other it may short circuit and damage the unit
