How many samples of one product am I allowed to have?We are happy to supply one or two samples of any one product to allow you to gauge the shape, size and quality of our products. Unfortunately we only hold limited numbers of samples of some products so are not able to supply 10 or 20 samples of one product. |
How long will it take my samples to reach me?We will send your samples out as soon as we can on a second class royal mail service however on busy days paid for orders take priority so as a guide please allow 3-4 working days for your samples to arrive. |
Do I need to pay for my samples?We will supply 1 or 2 samples of a dozen or so products free of charge, if you are after more than this a small charge may be incurred to help with our postage costs. |
Can I buy a box of food packaging, try it with my products and if its not right return the opened box?No, please use the free samples service outlined above. |
