At Cater For You, we are obsessive about customer service, ensuring customers are happy with their orders, having the correct items in stock, quick delivery and providing knowledgeable assistance via phone, email or face to face for all their food packaging requirements.
To make sure we are achieving our desired high customer service levels, we have used the FEEFO service to independently assess how satisfied our customers are with our service levels. FEEFO works with over 6,500 brands globally and are the largest provider of verified reviews.
Since implementing FEEFO almost 10 years ago in October 2014, we have sent 73,588 emails and have a 10 year service rating of 4.8 from 4519 service ratings. Just as valuable are the product reviews which give us valuable feedback on the quality / fit for purpose of our products and what they’ve been used for out in the field. This enables us to feedback into our supply chain to make sure our products are good for long term customer use and repeat purchase. It is no getting a product there quickly if it doesn’t work!
FEEFO presents Platinum Trusted Service Awards to businesses that have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years. To receive a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must have collected at least 50 reviews with a FEEFO service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 between 1st January 2023 and 31st December 2023.
You can see above right the (literally) no expense spared certificate we were emailed for achieving platinum status and many years of hard work by the Cater For You team.
Foodservice Packaging Awards Runner Up 2024
The FEEFO award has come hot on the heels of our runner up award with the industry Foodservice Packaging Association Awards where some of our customers were contacted and asked to give feedback on our service. This was particularly pleasing as it was judged against our industry peers and extremely tough competition.
