A quick update – we’re still open for business and delivering to our customers. We will do so until we are told not to basically. This is an ever evolving situation, but we do play a key role in the food industry. There are plenty of folk out there supplying food, and until we absolutely can’t carry on, we’re here with you!
Monday turned out to be the busiest day of our companies history. Many businesses who only previously offered a sit down service, now offer take outs. Safe to say we quickly sold out of certain product lines, but we’re re-stocking every day. We’re not open at the weekends though, so any orders placed after 2pm Friday will most likely be shipped on Monday. Delivery information can be found here. As long as our suppliers deliver, and our couriers collect, we will be here until instructed to close the doors.
Next Working Day Orders
Due to the weight of orders we are currently recieving we are having to prioritise orders in the warehouse so if you need your order delivering next day then please select a Next Working Day specific service and place your order by 2pm.
Standard Courier and Free Delivery
We use DHL and DPD Local to deliver orders on these services and aim to have them delivered within 1-2 working days however there are some delays in certain areas within these networks so some deliveries may take a little longer. If your order is urgent / important we would recommend placing it on a Next Working Day Service.
Click & Collect orders
Unfortunately, we aren’t currently offering a Click & Collect service, it keeps us all safe.
Returning orders
If you have ordered from us and no longer need the goods, we understand. Either return the goods to us yourself, where we will refund them, or give us a call to talk about collection costs. T’s & C’s are here.
- If you were in when the courier failed the delivery and still need the goods, we will re-ship once for free, after checking your delivery details are correct. Please be in!
- If you were out when the courier failed the delivery and still require the goods, we will re-ship for free once. Please be in!
- If you were out when the courier attempted delivery and no longer require the goods, we will refund the value of goods, but not the original delivery / collection costs. (This is especially relevant for businesses)
In either case, PLEASE NOTE: We can only accept and refund returned items in their original un-opened packaging. (I’m sure you understand why)
