Below we have answered a few of the most commonly asked questions regarding ordering from us to help you quickly place your order on-line.

Before I order can I see a sample?

I don’t understand the price breaks you have put on the site?

We give break point pricing for additional quantity of products. Below the description and above the pricing is a line saying how many glasses / product is in a unit. You will be buying a unit of something. For example if the product listing says...

1 Unit = Pack of 25 glasses

Price: (19 or fewer units) 2.38 Including VAT at 20%
Price: (20 or more units) 2.16 Including VAT at 20%

Then 1 unit is 1 pack of 25 glasses, if you want fewer than 19 packs of 25 then each pack will cost £2.38, however if you want 20 or more packs of 25 then each pack will be £2.16.

Do you offer trade prices?

We sell to everyone including bulk trade customers. We offer prices on a sleeve of products, a case / box of product and volume discounts. The volume pricing can be found on each page where we offer this service.

Can I place the order over the phone?

First orders need to be placed through the website for security reasons. This is for your security and ours as we use 3D secure to verify all online transactions made via credit or debit card. For returning customer then we are more than happy to take your order over the phone, please just quote your previous order number or post code to help us find your details on our system.

Do you take credit cards?

We take all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Solo, Electron, Cirrus.

Who is Sagepay?

Sagepay is a company that processes the credit card payment on our behalf. Cater For You does not hold any credit card details for security purposes. Sagepay is one of the major credit card processing companies in the United Kingdom owned by Sage and use a fully secure website, they are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.

Do you take cheques?

Yes. Work out the total cost from the shopping basket (not forgetting delivery if applicable) and send us a cheque. Once it has cleared we will ship the goods out. We can also do a pro forma invoice for you to raise a cheque.

Can I pay on Account?

We do not currently have any customers who pay on account.

Do you take Paypal?

Yes, the option to pay via Paypal will be given on the 3rd page of the checkout.

Will I receive a confirmation of order?

You should receive an email confirming your order. We will also send a confirmation of shipping email to you and there will be an invoice on top of the box for your accounts (if applicable).

I haven’t received a confirmation email of my order?

If you are paying by Paypal, please ensure that you return to the web site once you have completed your transaction in Paypal, otherwise a confirmation email will not be triggered (though you will receive the Paypal confirmation email).

If you didn’t pay by Paypal, check the order definitely went through (check your credit card) or during working hours give us a call / drop us an email to check.

What is the minimum I can order?

There is no minimum order, we are happy to sell just one pack of any item.
