Check if the packaging is the right size / quality for your products?Our food packaging listings now have samples available to add to cart for you to test quality, capacity or usability. If there isn't a sample option available, please contact us. |
How long will it take my samples to reach me?We will send your samples out as soon as we can on a first class royal mail service however on busy days paid for orders take priority so as a guide please allow 3-4 working days for your samples to arrive. |
Do I need to pay for my samples?We will supply 1 or 2 samples of each product free of charge, if you are after more than this a small charge may be incurred. |
Returning Opened Food Packaging BoxesWe are often asked by customers if they can buy a box of food packaging, try it with their products and if its not right return the opened box? No for food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened boxes, please use the samples service to test products. |
Can we buy the food packaging in smaller quantities?Unfortunately we are unable to break down the food packaging cases we receive any further due to food safety. We always have listed the smallest divisible quantity on our web site. |
Will you be adding to your range?We introduced food packaging to our web site in 2007 and have been constantly expanding the range ever since. If you cannot see something, feel free to contact us and we might know somewhere to source it from. |
Can I rely on Cater For You to supply our food packing in the long term?We have been established since 2003 organically growing our business and reinvesting continually to improve the product range, stocks and service to our customers. As we do not provide customer accounts, have good cash flow and are prudent with the business we will be supplying food packaging for many years. |
