These are very good quality heavy duty cupcake cases and can be used on a flat baking tray without the need for a specific cupcake or muffin pan however to ensure all cupcake your are perfectly round we do recommend they are used in a cupcake tray.
The greaseproof papers are easy to peel off and will not stick to bakeware. They are oven, microwave and freezer safe.
