A metal form used to seal the 2155-1D, 2171-1E & 2171-1F containers on the BARQ160 heat sealing machine.

Please note:

If ordering both a 2155-1D and either of the 2171 trays, you will need to order 2 separate forms as the trays are a different size. (Just add 2 to the basket)
