This means it is plastic free and thus repulpable with normal paper waste or home compostable. They are double walled, so no external additional sleeve is required. They have a blue logo on the side which says "Recyclable. Plastic Free Lining. Compostable" as well as little images of fish, whales and turtle.
The words "Biodegrdable. Recyclable. Compostable. Just Bin It" are printed around the inside of the cup.
