Reusable red plastic 2lb pudding basin. Suitable for steaming or microwave use, this basin is also dishwasher safe as it is made from Polypropylene so it can be recycled after use. Ideal for making toffee, sponge and other puddings including Christmas puddings. Approx capacity to ridge 570ml/20fl.oz/1 pint. Capacity to rim 910ml
