If I place an order now, when will I get it?
Place your order before 3 pm, and select “Standard Courier.” Stock levels allowing, we will dispatch on a next working day courier service. (If there are any issues, we will email / call you) We will always try to dispatch orders placed after 3 pm that day, but can’t guarantee it. Worse case, your order will be dispatched the following day.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We sell all our products in the smallest quantities wherever possible.
Can I place my first order over the phone?
If it’s your first order, we are happy to take your over the phone as long as we are delivering to the registered address of the payment card. For security reasons, first orders going to a different delivery address need to be placed online. Returning customers are welcome to call in and place orders as we will have your details on file.
Do you charge for delivery?
Orders over £100 being delivered to a Mainland UK address qualify for free shipping. For orders under £100, our website will calculate the shipping charges when you check out, and costs are based on the size and weight of the order. Standard courier charges vary from £5.30 – £6.75 +VAT. Premium timed services are dearer.
I’m checking out and the shipping says £20! I live in Mainland Uk. What’s happening?
When you check out and fill your address details in, make sure the Country* section says United Kingdom and the Country/State/Province* section says Mainland United Kingdom.
