We are in our quieter time of the selling season at the moment, so taking the opportunity to make a few improvements. Whilst our new web site is still in progress and hopefully launched before things go into full swing, the team have recently been managing the upgrade of our telephone system.
As we’ve more than doubled the sales turnover and size of the team since we moved four years ago, the old analogue telephone lines were proving not to be up to the job. So this month, we have had installed a brand new VOIP system which has doubled the number of incoming telephone lines and much clearer and louder. Each person also has their own direct line now and we also have a call waiting system.
We are also looking to recruit a new person to the team in the next couple of months in readiness for this year’s event and party season.
