Our website is always open, but our delivery schedule is determined by the couriers we use; DPD (Next Day) DHL (Standard 1-2 day) and Evri (Economy 3-5 day).
The Easter weekend has two Bank Holidays – Friday 29th March and Monday 1st April. This means that our offices will be closed from 5pm Friday, re-opening at 8am on Tuesday and no orders will be despatched during this time.
Are you looking for disposable plastic glasses, takeaway containers or catering disposables? We can help! Place your order no later than 3pm Wednesday 27th March, selecting Next Day Courier at the checkout. This service covers Mainland UK addresses only. Please allow an extra 48 hours for Zone B postcodes. (Zone B covers areas further afield) You can double check how the couriers classify your address here.
Orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday for likely delivery the following week after both Bank Holidays have passed. Having said that, we offer a Saturday service as one of the delivery options at the checkout – please make sure you have placed your order by 3pm Thursday so avoid disappointment, If you can’t see this option at the checkout, the couriers are unable to deliver to you on a Saturday.
Finally, any orders placed between 3pm Friday and 8am Tuesday will be shipped once our offices re-open at 8am.
