So, how was your Black Friday? It seems more manic than ever this year, and although the vast majority of our customers received their orders within expected time frames, some orders fell foul of the sheer weight of traffic going through some of the busier depots.
Modern day tracking has made all the difference to a busy day – keep an eye on your emails for relevant updates. Expecting a parcel and not heard anything? Get in contact.
The couriers are still busy, so we advise placing your order sooner rather than later. This way if something gets delayed for 24 hours, it shouldn’t throw out all your best laid plans. (Easier said than done, I know)
No one needs the extra stress, do they?
Orders received before 2pm Mon – Fri are despatched that day. Nothing is guaranteed, but the Standard Courier option will have your order out on a next day service (Zone 1 postcodes) It’s our recommendation. Yes, it’s dearer than the Economy 3-5 day service, but you have more control paying that little bit extra and your order should be delivered quicker.
