For many years, we have been selling a standard range of food packaging labels, helping to seal and create a professional finish for many of our food packaging products such as sandwich packaging and salad containers. Following the success of this range of products, our customers increasingly asked for a more varied and bespoke range of labels suitable for their individual requirements and branding. This was fine for high production runs of a thousand labels or more which we were able to outsource to our trusted printing suppliers for high quality high volume, but left our smaller independent customers without a solution.
To overcome this, we invested in a high quality label printer last year which prints at 1200dpi and up to around 150 labels per minute. This means that we can now produce bespoke food packaging labels for runs of as little as 25.
Below shows a short video of us preparing the client provided high resolution artwork ready for the requested label size and the label printer in full flow. We have a number of different label sizes we can produce with the cost depending on the size and the amount of ink your artwork will require.
