We have made a tutorial video for our customers to see just how simple to use the heat sealing machines for our CPET Dual Ovenable Trays are.
The machine we are showcasing is the BARQ240 Heat Sealing Machine which can be used for sealing all the trays in our range as it is the largest of the machines. All that is required is the correct sized Form for the trays being used. Other machines available include the BARQ160 and BARQ185.
The two trays shown in the video are the 2227-1D CPET 1415ml Dual Ovenable Tray and the 2227-2K 2 Compartment Dual Ovenable Tray.
Simply turn on the machine and using the buttons next to the screen, set the temperature to between 185˚C – 190˚C. The gauge will flash until it reaches the correct heat. Once the machine is up to temperature, it is ready to use.
