A case of 550 375cc clear hinged plastic contour salad bowls with an easy to close and open lid. Also known as the SL2350, they are manufactured by Anson from rPET which is made up of at least 50% recycled material and is also widely recyclable. As can be seen from the photos, there is a a recess in the lid for our black salad spork to fit into which is sold separately below (currently unavailable). They are perfect for individual salad meals, fruit salads and other pre-prepared food to eat on the go.
For the retailer and food to go outlet, the salad boxes can be stacked in a fridge or shelf with ease as the base neatly fits into a recess in the lid. The base of each
salad bowl is marked with Anson, 40266-01, 375cc, food grade materials icon and PET Recycle 1 code.
Customised food labels can be easily wrapped around the seal to give the customer information on the salad bowl contents. Once the food has been prepared and put in the bowl, the lid can easily be pushed down and stays closed. The customer can easily open the salad bowl as there two tabs on the lid and bowl mis-aligned to enable it to be pulled apart. The bowl can also be re-sealed by the customer if they wish.
