The MG77 is one of our most popular disposable plastic wine glasses. They are a neat, compact disposable CE stamped plastic wine glasses made of hard walled polystyrene, with a serving line at 125 and 175ml and capacity to the rim of 210ml. The line markings are clearly printed (as can be seen in the photos) and on the same side of the glasses, handy for busy bar staff serving wine in a hurry!
The base of the glass has the following marking : CE M13 0846, food grade material logo, manufacturers logo and a PS 6 recycle logo. The glasses are manufactured in the UK with a stem that is very short, approximately 10mm only before the bowl of the wine glass starts with a circular line where the straight edges start. The drinking experience is practical for a disposable glass, with the hard walls strong enough to ensure flexing doesn't happen, but will shatter if trodden on or crushed by hand.
The MG77 is a perfect disposable wine glass where real glass is not suitable and washing of glasses isn't practical, for example in licensed bars and pubs and for use at busy functions such as weddings, parties and festivals. As is made from clear Polystrene plastic, the glasses can be widely recycled after the event has taken place.
