High Wycombe, UK – 3rd July 2025 – Cater For You Ltd, a leading wholesale supplier of food packaging, catering disposables and plastic glasses, today announces the retirement of Director and Co-Owner John Le Grys from the business effective from 1st July 2025, after more than 20 years of dedicated service to the business and the industry.
John’s involvement with Cater For You Ltd began in 2005 when the company was transitioning from a start-up business to a more established enterprise, initially handling warehousing and fulfilment in tandem with another well-known local business CSE Industrial Electrical Distributors Ltd.
Throughout his tenure, he has assisted with key strategic initiatives, including the transition to more sustainable packaging materials, the development of e-commerce solutions, and operational resilience through periods of significant industry change.
“It has been my privilege to be part of Cater For You Ltd for over two decades,” said Le Grys. “I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible people and see the company develop an established niche in a crowded and competitive market. I’m sad to be leaving but happy with what has been achieved by the whole team.”
Founder and director Andy Watts added: “John’s practical advice and commercial knowledge has been a key factor in the establishment of Cater For You Ltd as a profitable enterprise. We are immensely grateful for his steady influence over the years and wish him the very best for the future.”
Andy Watts went on to say “John and I have been working together for over 25 years and have become close personal friends so I will miss his humour and business insights though I know he is only a phone call away. He is exiting the company but leaves a strong team of people to push the business forward to new heights”
The current team, led by founder Andy Watts, has many years of industry experience and Managing Director Phil Stears will be focussed on business growth whilst dealing with the practical realities of this very competitive industry!
