A reusable red plastic 1lb pudding basin suitable for steaming or microwave use, this basin is also dishwasher safe as it is manufactured from Polypropylene. Ideal for making toffee, sponge and other puddings including Christmas puddings. Approx capacity to ridge 285ml/10fl.oz/half pint. Capacity to rim 475ml
