Wrapex Prowrap premium aluminium foil, 44cm (440mm) x 75 metre long roll which at 18 micron thick is our premium catering foil. Ideal for food use, it comes in its own dispenser box with premium metal serrated cutting edge. Wrapex suggest that this premium foil can be used for roasting keeping the juices in (see also our
oven bags) and for delicate foods provide protection from crisping, eg blow torching meringues in paper cases. The premium aluminium foil can also be used to protect in the frdge and freezer burn at even lower temperatures.
Accessing the foil package is made convenient with a 'pull here' peel away opening (not shown in the opened photo as we more crudely opened it!). The cardboard packaging and metal edge can be widely recycled.

The foil is manufactured to BRC approved quality system. Please keep the aluminium foil away from heating elements. Please check your microwaves instructions before using in a microwave. Allow food to cool completely before moving food to your fridge or freezer. Don't allow the aluminium foil to come into direct contact with acidic foods such as citrus fruits. Occasionally salt in food or seasonings can cause discolouration or even small holes on the foil.
