What are your delivery charges?
We have a range of options for delivery:Mainland UK Shipping
2nd Class Royal Mail: under 1kg : £3.50 + VAT
Standard UK Courier
Mailpack (very small) : £4.90 + VAT
Courierpack : £6.25 + VAT
Up to 20kg : £6.75 + VAT
Over 20kg : No extra charge
Over £100 : Free
Highlands and Islands : Starting at £10.50* + VAT

* This is just the starting cost, the final price depends upon size and weight of the order, this is worked out once you have selected your delivery location in the checkout.

How quickly do you deliver?
If an order is received by 2pm on a working day it will normally be shipped out for delivery next working day. Our courier normally leaves at 4pm. If you need something next day please give us a call so we can look out for the order and check stocks for you. This only applies to Mainland United Kingdom.
How quick is the 2nd Class Royal Mail Service?
If your order is under 1kg in weight you will have the option to select 2nd Class Royal Mail as a delivery method, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery on this service.
Who do you use to deliver?
We use both the APC and Parcel Force networks to deliver across the UK and Ireland. Across Europe we use Parcel Force.
When is the final cut off point for ordering?
We normally say the cut off is at 2pm to be certain – however please call if it is after 3pm and we will try our best to get it out of the door. Sometimes it will not be possible though.
I want my delivery on Saturday?
Our couriers can deliver on a Saturday but it is more expensive and not quite as reliable.
Can I collect from you?
Yes you can, but please give us a call first to make sure we are around and not unavailable.
Can I specify a time for delivery?
The delivery will be made between 8.00am to 4.30pm.

Do you deliver overseas?
We have a dedicated web site for European countries we ship to www.cater4you.eu. This gives you an idea of how much it will cost. Once we receive the order / quote we will source the best shipping rate for you.
Can I track my order on-line?
Yes you can. Once the order has been shipped, we send you a confirmation email with tracking details. These are normally updated once the packages have arrived at the main depot in the evening.
